Corporate Retreats

There are so many reasons that corporations and executives use VIP Jet Charter. Corporate Jet Charter Service can be used for business meetings, negotiations, conventions, visiting manufacturing facilities, relocating technicians along with corporate retreats and other types of business engagements.

While corporate executive retreats and team building trips may be held in your companies backyard, they can also be in other states or across the globe in hard to reach locations. Arranging these types of get-together can be quite difficult if your employees are based in different cities, states and countries where commercial airlines may be hours away from their home-base. If you need to transport one employee to hundreds of employees with a goal of having them reach their destination together, at the same time, corporate jet charter service may be the best option for you.

Whether your preference is a log cabin and zip lining through the tree’s, a snow mountain hiking experience, or a getaway Caribbean islands cruise, the Air Charter Advisors can arrange VIP charter flights to anywhere in the world on a VIP Corporate Jet that will be private and comfortable. Rest assured that our top priority is your safety. Contact us now to discuss our charter rate quotes.

Aircraft That Fit These Trips

The right aircraft depends on group size, origin, and schedule. Small groups (4 to 8 passengers) fit a light jet or super light jet on shorter mainland US legs. Groups of 8 to 12 typically fit a midsize or super midsize jet. Larger groups and ultra-long-range trips move up to heavy jets, long range jets, or a VIP airliner for the whole party on one aircraft.

Vetting Behind Every Trip

Every operator, aircraft, and crew goes through our internal due diligence before we present any options. Our internal standards meet or exceed what the FAA requires:

  • FAR Part 135 charter operators for traditional private aircraft, or FAR Part 121 for airliner-size and group trips (or the foreign equivalent on international legs)
  • Operator subscription to Wyvern and ARGUS reviewed where the operator participates; reports may be provided on request.
  • Pilot experience and operator incident history reviewed before we recommend an aircraft.
  • Fewer than 60 brokers worldwide hold Premium Wyvern Broker Member status, and Air Charter Advisors is one of them.

Puerto Rico Patterns We Plan Around

Atlantic hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30 and peaks statistically from mid-August through early October. We work with you on schedule cushion and forecast windows when those months drive the calendar. If changes are required due to weather and passenger safety, you can expect your advisor to reach out as soon as we are aware. SJU handles every jet category on its 10,400-foot main runway; SIG (Isla Grande) sits closer to Condado and Old San Juan when the aircraft fits its 5,539-foot runway. BQN (Aguadilla) covers west-coast trips on an 11,702-foot ex-military runway. FBO handling on the ground is coordinated by your operator on arrival.
